a pellegrini christmas

even though this was technically jacks and livi's second christmas, it really felt like our first as a family of five.  john and i used to spend christmas either traveling or at our parents' homes, but this year we had a blast being at home and starting new traditions with the babes.  we can't wait for next year when they actually realize what's going on (and we finally suck it up and get a tree)!

we were thankful that all the grandparents made their way to san francisco to visit us over the holidays. these babies don't know how lucky they are!  we had a great christmas eve at my aunt cathy's house with my cousins and parents.  we spent christmas morning opening gifts with my parents, and then grandma vivi came over for christmas dinner.  abuelo and abuela came to visit for the next couple of days, so needless to say, these babies had a love-filled week!

we don't understand why they refuse to smile for family pics?!?

they now point and grunt when they see them parked in the garage
