6 years + 11 months and 3 years + 10 months...happy halloween!

i'm finally all caught up to the present on the blog...phew.  hope everything has a happy thanksgiving!  
we are headed out of town with friends tomorrow - school is out next week and the air in the bay area is horribly smokey from the wildfires so we are looking forward to a change in scenery.
